Hi! I’m Merinda, and I joined the NIAH team in May 2026 as a Customer Service Representative. Born and raised in North Carolina, I spent nearly 20 years as a stay-at-home mom raising my three daughters before returning to the workforce. I enjoy getting to know our clients and their pets and being part of a team that serves our community with compassion. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughters and granddaughter, sewing and crafting, and being involved in my church. Our family also includes two dogs and three cats, so animals are a big part of life at home too!
